I am really disappointed with my working experience using this business. I had drinking water in my basement by my water heater and... thought it had been leaking. We uncovered it was underneath warranty and was instructed A&F will be who we must go through. A tech came out and "inspected" the unit and informed us it would need to be replaced. The
